We were shocked at the state this park has gotten when we arrived this winter. The club house is filthy with rodent droppings on floor & tables that were not cleaned up in the months we were there. The manager has let many permanent residences move in there that vary from cluttered to just plain run down. The garbage cans were quite often over flowing & some of it was just pulled out of the dumpsters by staff and thrown in the back maintenance area. We we never be returning to this park even though we still have great friends that stay there! At Desert Oasis Mobile Home Park, experience fine living.

The Harvey Multifamily Program addresses our underlying shortage of affordable rental units by creating new, flood-resilient apartment complexes that can be rented affordably. They told us they had camera's on site when we moved in and that is not the case. Our car was missing and we filed a report with police that is was stolen and notified the apartments and they did nothing and told us the cameras were not working. We later found out that it was towed for not having a parking sticker even though it was a new car we had for just 3 days. When we called management they informed us they do not monitor who comes in and towing trucks can come anytime in the night and tow your car without notice.
